McHenry County moving forward

Our guest speaker will be McHenry County Board Chairman Jack Franks, who will talk to us about all the ways that McHenry County is moving forward in the months since he took office. Franks, D-Marengo, will talk about property tax relief, government transparency, improving efficiency, attracting businesses and much more.
