2015 CCH is in the books.  The Woodstock location baskets were all out in vehicles by 10:30 am.  Al Schmitt aka Alexander Haig capably filled in for Tom Nierman; who was at his daughter's college graduation.  The local food bank and AMVETS benefited from the returns that were unable to be delivered or were refused.  Once again, the community turned out with plenty of drivers to help us deliver the baskets.  The Wonder Lake delivery location at Greenwood School started slow with the need for more drivers and yet their deliveries were completed within an hour and a half.  Thank you to Joe Starzynski and his committee members for another year of outstanding service.  Over 1,100 families had their Christmas brightened due to the efforts of Christmas Clearing House and all those who pitched in and helped.  Strange as it may sound, hopefully that number decreases next year.  CCH is akin to golf; the lower the number the better.  Food for thought!
