Thats correct. There will be no meeting this Friday Nov. 24. Thats because many of us will be out shaking our cans to raise money for CCH. This is our public presentation and start off of our fund raising for CCH. There is much raised from other sources, but it is this public display of asking for help that gets our community tuned in to the CCH mentality. It also helps to remind people that they can also be a part of the event by both donating money as well as time in the warehouse and time helping to deliver to the recipients. This is the day that sets the stage for CCH as far as the Woodstock community is concerned. We Rotarians know that the work for CCH started as soon as last years CCH delivery was completed . This is an event that involves hundreds of volunteers and approximately $50,000 in funds to successfully complete our CCH efforts, so get ready and enjoy your free day on Friday because you will make up for it in the next 3 weeks.
