Last Friday was a historical moment for our Club - our first ever virtual meeting. It was a great first.
Like a regular meeting - some of us showed up a little (or a lot) late. Some of us ducked out early. A couple people complained about their lunch. Just another Friday in Rotary.
There were some differences - There was no greeter and no marble drawing for me to lose; Luke and Kent showed up separately; we didn't sing (although what we do may not be called singing)
The Bulletin writer obviously doesn't understand how this works and went to the Country Club for the meeting.
As we head into another month of shelter in place orders, this is a great way to get together and keep the fellowship going.
