Our very creative fellow Rotarian John Hegner has helped create an exciting new event that just might become another great Woodstock tradition: ArterraFest, coming to the Woodstock Square over Labor Day weekend.

ArterraFest is a family-friendly celebration of art, music, movement, and shared creative experiences, bringing together local artists, musicians, performers, and neighbors. Whether you’re discovering new artwork, creating alongside local artists, enjoying live performances, or simply taking in the energy of the Square, there will be inspiration around every corner.

In celebration of our nation’s 250th anniversary, this year’s theme is “Power of Place,” exploring what makes Woodstock—and the people who call it home—so special.

The weekend culminates Saturday night, September 5, with Square Notes at the Woodstock Opera House—an unforgettable evening of original music, poetry, storytelling, dance, theater, and visual art created and performed by members of our community.

Square Notes celebrates the people, stories, creativity, and connections that make Woodstock special—values that certainly resonate with Rotary.

Tickets are pay-what-you-can, with a $2 minimum. We hope you’ll consider giving a little more to help support and promote the arts in Woodstock.
