In just two weeks we will witness the peaceful transition of power from current President Marlene to next President Mimi (pictured here in her food truck outfit staring at a squash butt with Shelia.) And yes the picture is sideways.
To celebrate this we will be gathering at Porkies on Friday, June 26 - which should be day 1 of Phase 4, which coincides with the swallows returning to San Juan Capistrano. You will need to let Mimi know if you are planning to come and how many people. She has also arranged for take out orders if you want to participate from afar. They have a tent set up and an outside bar. There is good internet connection so we will be zooming the meeting. More to come.
