It is not too late!
I waited on purpose to send the bulletin today.  Why do Skunks love Valentine’s Day?
And what’s this Galentines Day thing going around?!?  Is this a sub set of Valentine's Day?  Anyway, Valentine’s Day is for Women and Men.  Guys and Gals.  Boys and Girls.
Valentine’s Day Facts And Trivia
According to statistics, 73% of Valentine’s Day flowers are bought by men (come on Ladies, we enjoy receiving cards too!).
Each year around 1 billion Valentine cards are sent across the world (did you send yours?).
Passing out Valentines is a 600-year-old tradition (that's older than me).
Valentine's Day started with the Romans (not the Germans...).
Both men and women prefer to receive chocolate over flowers, according to the National Confectioners Association. The survey also found that chocolate sales represent 75% or more of Valentine's Day candy purchases.  (my #1 choice- Peanut M&Ms)
And the answer is:  Because they are Scentimental.
