Beach Party: Now is the time people. We need ticket sales turned in with table reservations. We need Live auction items turned in to Lloyd so we know where we stand with our auction. We need basket items ready to go. We need raffle ticket sales. Not trying to beat a dead horse, just sending out a wake up call. Time is running short.
Nature Report: If you can't get excited about being outside this last week, you are in a coma. All the birds are calling and nesting sites are being chosen. The Turkeys are calling every morning. The Pheasants are crowing all day long. The Sand Hill Cranes are calling. And a walk in the woods will reveal the early wild flowers, Trout lillies, Hepatica, Toad Trillium, Skunk Cabbage is growing, and the trees are leafing out. Soon the fruit trees are about to bloom. And no bugs! Getout there.
