The Rotary sponsored Interact Club prides itself on making doing good for others fun. This time of year we host Coin Wars in that spirit. Classes are challenged to raise money for Christmas Clearinghouse while competing against other classes to raise the most without going negative. Coins count toward positive change while dollar bills bring your balance negative. This year’s coin wars raised over $1,600 to buy gifts for families that benefit from the Christmas Clearinghouse. The total community at Creekside from students to teachers and parents all took part in the coin wars and worked hard to raise as much money as possible. The Interact Club is doing its part to make Christmas special for families in Woodstock this season.
