We have tickets to be sell!!

Below is a message from our fearless Chair - Tom McGrath -

There remain 167 tickets to be sold with 4 ½ weeks to go.  The Jeep will be on the Square every Saturday going forward and I will post SignUpGenius links for each week going forward.  Farmer’s Market is May 3rd, which will help with foot traffic.

There are four $500 Cash Prizes remaining plus the Grand Prize of either the Jeep or $40,000.  The drawing will be at Offsides Sports Bar and Grill, located at 680 S Eastwood Dr (Route 47) at 6:00 PM on May 23rd.

I will publish a list of all that have purchased so Rotarians can see who is not on the list to sell tickets to.

Best,

Tom

Don't focus on how many are left - focusing on selling them. Every ticket sold is $100 back into our community.

But, if you want to know what that 167 tickets means - without out boring you with accounting details - the budgeted net amount for the car proceeds is $41,600. With 167 tickets left, we are currently sitting at net proceeds of $24,900. In the past few weeks, we committed to $7,500 of the raffle proceeds to the Service Above Self and Vocational scholarships. That is next year's money. So right now we have $17,400 left to do $27,000 worth of community work -  Fueling Futures ($10,000,) our literacy work ($1,000,) our International projects ($6,000,) Polio Plus ($4,000,) Operation Warm ($2,600,) RYLA ($4,500.) And that does not include anything that pops up as a need.

I am sure that no Rotarian is passionate about every project we do. But every Rotarian (this means you) is passionate about at least one project we do. Whatever your passion is, whatever project makes your heart sing - it is funded through these sales.

We have four weeks left - let's get those tickets sold and fund our passions and serve our community.
