There is a defined structure within Rotary that has served it well. The Board of Directors. Everyone on the board is on the board to contribute to the greater good that Rotary is able to accomplish. By working together, we accomplish more for the community and the world. The Rotary Club of Woodstock enjoys an IMPECCABLE, positive reputation within the community. One of the many responsibilities of the board is to serve, protect and continue that reputation. The board wants everyone in the club to be supported and welcomed. When an individual in the club has an idea to improve the greater good of the community/world; contact the board as that idea may be already percolating or about to be implemented. None of us want to confuse the community. The board has monthly meetings to keep abreast of all activities within the club. Synergy could be simply defined as 1+1=3. One of the board’s many goals is to channel that synergy to the greater good. All club members are welcome to attend the board meetings. When an individual club member has an idea or a project that they would like to have Rotary consider, let the Board know, because our club does not have Club Foot!!!
