Thats right Friday May 3 is D Day. That is the day we are supposed to have deposited all of our auction items so that the organizers can get things arranged and planned for our Beach Party Fund Raiser this May 11. Information for all the items should have been turned in already, but Friday May 3 is the Day for the actual items to be turned in. If you still have items that have not been delivered please bring them to the Rotary meeting this Friday so they can be accounted for and organized. This gives the committees in charge some time to get things ready to display so they won't be going crazy on Friday May 10. If this cannot be done please check the prior email that listed all the committees and other pertinent information so you can personally contact the person in charge of your items.
Lloyd Shaw has reminded all the live auction donors to please get the information to him by the meeting this Friday May 3.
The meeting on May 10 will be held at the Fairgrounds in Building D where we will all roll up our shirt sleeves and MAKE BUILDING D GREAT AGAIN.

SPECIAL REQUEST FROM THE AUTHOR. I AM REQUIRED TO HAVE TWO PERSONS BE DESIGNATED NON DRINKING SECURITY OFFICERS FOR THE EVENING AS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE LIQUOR LICENSE. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT THE MEETING I NEED 2 OR MORE VOLUNTEERS. SOBRIETY IS THE ONLY REQUIREMENT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WEAR A UNIFORM. ALSO I WAS NOT AT THE CLEANUP LAST YEAR AS I WAS IN NORTH CAROLINA AT FAMILY GET TOGETHER AND THE LIGHTS THAT WE PUT UPOVER THE AUCTIONS ITEM WERE COLLECTED BY SOMEONE AND I NEED TO K NOW SO WE CAN GET THEM READY FOR THE EVENT.
