Kent N Frisbie was born.

Lucky for all of us.  Tag Days from 7:00-9:00 am.  He at Osco and me at Jewel.  Whose turn is it to take the cans back to the fire station?  Who collected the most?  And then when we returned to the office, comparing stories of giving people, happy people and the funny comments we had heard.  I miss my CCH tagging partner.

Monday/Tuesday morning after Bears game rehash.  What were Bears thinking?  Who called that play?  Could they have any more penalties?  At least we have good draft choices.  I miss my armchair quarterback partner.

Went out to help my brother with fall tillage.  My brother had traded tractors; from a 1993 to a 2013 model.  John Deere.  Technology had changed in those 20 years.  The 2013 model has GPS and Auto Steer.  Wow!  I couldn’t wait to get back to tell Kent.  I miss my technology loving partner.

Can you believe all the emails we get from District Rotary!?  Last week it was three (3) and this week it was two (2).  Don’t we know someone on the inside who could limit these?  I miss the first person I proposed for membership into the club.

Hiccups.  Ah those Nelson (N) side of the family hiccups.  We had many insurance company meetings in Rockford for years and quite often I’d get to hear hiccups many a time on the way home.  As we discussed the meeting and its impact on the agency.  I miss my insurance partner.

It was fate that through the natural rotation of the bulletin writers, this week was my turn.  Fortunately for all of us, we got to know Kent and are better for it.  We all miss our Rotarian partner.
