There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Olivers, to register visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $20.00). You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics." If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.
Farmers Market – Beginning Saturday, November 9th the Winter Farmers Market moved to their new indoor location at All Seasons Orchard, 14510 IL Route 176 in Woodstock. Hours for the Winter Market are 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Dates are as follows: 2024 dates – November 9th, 16th & 23rd; and December 7th, 14th, & 21st; 2025 dates – January 4th & 18th; February 1st & 15th; March 1st, 15th & 29th; and April 12th & 26th.
Ladies Night Out – Thursday, December 5th, 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. “You are invited to shop and sip your way around the festively-lit Woodstock Square” … “enjoy laughs, make memories and get your holiday shopping kicked into high gear.” “This year’s theme is “Fa La La La La” and guests are invited to dress up in their favorite holiday apparel.” Click here for additional information and to register.
Legend of the Pickle Business Scavenger Hunt – Begins November 10th and runs through December 9th. Participating Woodstock businesses will have an ornamental pickle hidden within their business or on a tree in or outside their business. Click here for additional information.
Lighting of the Square – This year’s event will be held on Friday, November 27th from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., with the Lighting Ceremony beginning at 7:00 p.m. Come out to enjoy the festivities!
Christmas Parade – Sunday, December 1st, begins at 2:00 p.m. “Kick off the holiday season with Woodstock’s Annual Christmas Parade the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
Cookies & Churros with Santa – Sunday, December 1st at 2:30 p.m., immediately following the Christmas Parade, being held at Trademark Events, 240 N. Throop Street.
