Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club, to register visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $20.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

MEETING LOCATION!!!
We are meeting at Woodstock Public Library

Consider bringing some perishable food for their pantry, maybe hats and gloves and coats for their winter clothing closet. I don't know if they still are collecting them, but they were taking Christmas lights to be recycled. If you need to renew your library card now's the time.

Next week - Feb 7 we will be back at Woodstock Country Club.

Jeep Raffle Update
Chair Tom shared this update -

"We are at 357 sold which is great but beginning to lag behind the last couple of years around this time.  There were no tickets sold over the weekend via the website, could be simply month’s end. The first Early Bird Drawing for two $500 cash prizes will be this Saturday, 1:00 at Ortmann’s. The Jeep will be displayed on site beginning at 7:30 AM.  Tom Nierman, Natalie Ziemba and Jenifer Maple will be selling tickets in the Beer Garden beginning at 10:30 up until 12:45.  Tom McGrath, Al Schmitt and Barb Groskinsky will be engaged in recording the sales and running the actual drawing.  Rotarians who are selling tickets are asked to bring the sold ones to the lunch on Friday or to call Tom McGrath to get them picked up.  Please do not bring them last minute to Ortmann’s."

Let's get those tickets sold!
Extension Club
Our inaugural Extension Club meeting is 2/26 at 5:30 at the Squire.

I know I have a couple of maybes, a couple not right nows, a couple of no responses, and one interested but can't make the meeting. I told one I am sending her a calendar appointment so she just shows up. She was ok with that. I am going to follow up again later this week. No one has said a flat out no.

For those of you who were inviting prospective members - have you reached out? Followed up. How is it going? Do you need help?

Let me (John) know and I will keep track in our master list.

You can email them directly from Clubrunner through the event. Or you can send them this link - https://portal.clubrunner.ca/2418/Events/rotary-recognition-night to RSVP.

This is a way for us to expand our membership, grow our club and increase the impact of the work we do.
