How To Complete A Make-Up

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive early to greet members, visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $15.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

The Final Field Trip
I hope everyone got their permission slips signed because we are going on the final field trip of the season. 
 
This Friday's lunch will be (drum roll please) at the Woodstock McDonald's on Rt 47.
 
Here is some important information from Laura:
 
Parking may be tight. I always like to suggest carpooling. If there is not room in the lot, street parking is an option (obey the signs). Also consider parking in the Napa Auto Parts (business closed) lot around the corner or near Aldi and the (old empty) bank to the south. 
 
We're trying something different for lunch options. I've included a Doodle Poll for you to choose your meal. Use the link below. The Poll will close at 7:30pm Thursday. If you don't choose (in time) you'll order when you get there. 
 
 
Tom Rogers
I spoke with Tom Rogers Tuesday evening. He has been diagnosed with high-grade prostate cancer. It has metasticized into his bones. He will be returning to Rochester on Thursday with appointments at Mayo on Friday. He feels that these appointments will lay out the treatment plan. 
 
Tom reports feeling well and seemed in good spirits. I asked him what he and his family needs and he said nothing at the moment. Sarah's mom moved to Huntley recently so he has more family nearby. 
 
As he has done (and continues to do) for us, please keep Tom and his family thoughts and prayers.

Woodstock Country Club -
We return to the Woodstock Country Club on Friday, March 3rd.  It has been a really fun two months of "rotating" locations, but it will be good to return to WCC.  Maybe that is a sign that spring is just around the corner. 
 
The Woodstock Country Club dining room is going to be open to the public for the months of March and April.  Simply give them a call for reservations (815)338-2191 and give their dining experience a try.  You just might find it is something you would like to experience on a regular basis!
 
 
District 6440 Conference -
