Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Stories
So. Much. Happening.
(1) Please sign up for Tag Days. After a three-year hiatus, Tag Days are back! This is one of our principal ways to raise the much-needed funds for Christmas Clearing House. And we need your help shaking our cans to raise money. On Wednesday, Nov. 22, Friday, Nov. 24, and Saturday Nov. 25, volunteers will stand outside of area businesses asking the community to donate. Follow this link to sign up. Thank you for supporting Christmas Clearing House! Please review the available 2 HOUR time slots and click on the button to sign up.

(2) Please sign up for Elf time slots. Yes, it's that time of year! Santa needs some elves to help manage visitors to his hut. You may sign up your spouse, older children, or friends to work a shift with you. This is an important part of the Santa Hut experience; please consider volunteering! Sign up using this link.

(3) First Friday, December 1 at 5:30. We are so excited that Peter Michling will be hosting us! Plan on a really fun First Friday at 101 N. Throop Street. There will be some whiskey and bourbon tastings, a specialty bourbon cocktail, and other treats. Join in for some fun, (maybe frolics), and camaraderie.

(4) Our regular Noon Meeting on Friday, December 1 will NOT be at Woodstock Country Club. Stay tuned for exact location details, but do not go to WCC on that day. Also dress for the weather, as we will have a special opportunity to preview the Brand New Santa Hut at / after the meeting!

(5) November 30 is Woodstock’s Ladies Night Out. Who will be attending? Where will you shop and dine? (hint: go visit our CCH Product Partners (listed below)). Details for Ladies Night Out can be found here.

(6) The Woodstock High School Madrigals and Jazz Choir will be our guests and perform at the December 8th meeting. This is a popular event, and many members bring guests. Please RSVP by 12/1/23 for yourself and guests.

Natalie's review of events is still timely, so I left them in.  We still are not firm on the First Friday social for December as Pete's Office may not be done yet.  We will announce when we know for sure.  Friday's meeting will definitely be at the Station 2 Fire House on Dean Street as we will be in the middle of tagging.  The following Friday's meeting will be at an announced location to eat lunch and then we will walk to the Santa's Hut for a ribbon cutting event.  Dress warm for the walk.

The location of January's meetings has not been determined yet as the Country Club closes after January 1.  Online Elf sign-up is up and running.  Find an open slot and participate.  It will be fun to share the reactions of the visitors to the new HUT.  Remember to dress for the elements.  There will be heat in the Elf Hut.
