Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Stories
Club Mtg at Sofie's --Friday, Jan 2, 2026

Tomorrow's Friday meeting is at Sofie's. It's our holiday social that will include a delicious buffet.

We are also kicking off the new year with our 1st Friday Social at Sofie's! If you're not hanging out there after the noon meeting, show up anytime after 5:00pm.  See you there!
Odds & Ends-Public Service Announcements
During the next two months we are NOT at WCC for lunch.  We will be ROTATING to various locations.  See left side of the bulletin.

If your name appears on the top of the list as the greeter and fun & frolics, be ready for a new location.  The board of directors will have at a minimum, the sign up sheets for you to record attendance.  Up to the board if they want the badge box and the raffle drawing tickets.  If yes, someone will need to get that material before 1 - 1 - 2026!

If your name is listed as the greeter for the current week in the bulletin and you are not able to fulfill those duties, FIRST - please contact the next name on the list.  Continue down the alphabetical roster until you have found a replacement.  SECOND  notify the correct bulletin writer.

We as bulletin writers will just contact the lead name prior to emailing out the bulletin.  The bulletin writers, Club President, District Governor, and the remaining board of directors are not responsible for finding your replacement and notifying the bulletin writer.

We thank YOU for your help!
