Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club, to register visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $20.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Stories
Valentines Day 2020!
Five year ago Friday 2-14-2020 at Holzlager Brewing.  It was the Newlywed Game.  With our own members and their spouses participating:  Shaws, Speciales, Stelfords, and Motroni-O’Learys.  Bob Eubanks was in attendance, however he did not keep a copy of his questions.  Too many office moves since then he said.  What great sports our contestants were and the game ended in a TIE!  And to no one’s surprise, the couples are all still happily married…TO EACH OTHER!!!
Groundhog Day
What a great weekend for Groundhog Day.  Not Ground Hog Day.  Groundhog Day.
A good contingent of Rotarians were present at Ortmanns for the first ticket draw.  The outdoor area of Ortmanns was full of bags teams playing the tournament.  The newish covered patio had the heaters on and the crowd sipping cold drinks waiting for the drum of chips to roll.  You’ve already read who won so I won’t repeat it.
THEN, the next day, back at Ortmanns to celebrate the prognostication.  Only 6 more weeks to Spring!  Little snow today, but we are on the short end of winter.
Extension Club
Our inaugural Extension Club meeting is 2/26 at 5:30 at the Squire.

I know I have a couple of maybes, a couple not right nows, a couple of no responses, and one interested but can't make the meeting. I told one I am sending her a calendar appointment so she just shows up. She was ok with that. I am going to follow up again later this week. No one has said a flat out no.

For those of you who were inviting prospective members - have you reached out? Followed up. How is it going? Do you need help?

Let me (John) know and I will keep track in our master list.

You can email them directly from Clubrunner through the event. Or you can send them this link - https://portal.clubrunner.ca/2418/Events/rotary-recognition-night to RSVP.

This is a way for us to expand our membership, grow our club and increase the impact of the work we do.

Rotary Recognition Night--March 4
