Greeter Responsibilities:
As Greeter, please arrive early at Woodstock Country Club to welcome and register visiting Rotarians and guests, and collect the $20 guest lunch fee.
You will also:
Take attendance
Offer a brief reflection or words of gratitude before the meal—something thoughtful in the spirit of Rotary service
Introduce guests
Manage the marble drawing
Lead “Fun & Frolics
If you’re unable to serve on your scheduled date, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to arrange a substitute.
Attention Women of Rotary - Enjoy a day of fun walking on the Lake Geneva lake path (round trip walk from Gordy's to PIER 290)

Meet at Gordy's Boat House & Bar, 320 Lake Street, Fontana, WI at 2:00 pm and we'll walk to PIER 290, 1 Liechty Drive, Williams Bay, WI and enjoy food and drink and then walk back to Gordy's.
The round-trip walk is approximately 6.6 miles
Men invite your wives/significant others to join in on the fun. Everyone is welcome to join us back at Gordy's for more food and drink!
