Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club to register visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect gust lunch fee of $18.00). You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics." If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Back to WCC
We are back to our regular schedule this week - same Rotary place, same Rotary time - lunch at 12:10 tomorrow at the Country Club. I hope everyone had a great couple of weeks. This is our first in-person meeting under President Laura and she and the board are the program.
Governor's Visit
Just a quick reminder - mark your calendars for Governor Thor's club visit - July 26. Let's be sure to have a great turnout.
International Services Update
An update from Phil -

Last month, the Board of Directors approved a request to participate in the 2024-2025 Global Grant —Guatemala Literacy Project.  The request was for $1,000.00 plus $750.00 in District Designated Funds (DDF.)  We have been supporting this ongoing project for many years.
Woodstock Independent
Below are the two page ads that are in next week's Woodstock Independent. These ads are two parts of one ad that will be in the center of the Independent. One full page is a thank you ad recognizing the donors who made the Santa Hut possible while the second full page ad is the review of what we accomplished as a club under Breanne's leadership. The third Wednesday of the month is their Total Market Issue, meaning this will go to all the homes in Woodstock, If anyone asks you about Rotary and our club - you can hand them those ads.
