How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club early to greet members, visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $14.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Christmas Clearing House
The paragraph outlines the work schedule.  Pay particular attention to the new location.  Parking will be at a premium so if you can partner up with other club members to get to the warehouse it will help.  The floor space is a little smaller and the traffic flow on the outside will be tight, but it will work out fine with good direction. The more bodies, the faster it will go.  See you tonight and tomorrow and Saturday.
lWhen Christmas clearing house started, we operated out of the basement of Bohn's Ace Hardware on the South side of the square.  We had to slide the baskets on a board out the small basement window to the back street for loading into the delivery vehicles.  Obviously it was a much smaller operation and was operated mainly by club members.  How far we have come!  And the exciting thing is we have the whole town involved in our project.  And what  great way to advertise Rotary.

I think it is a great way for club members to get to know each other by working together.  A great spirit builder.  And it gets our families together which makes for even more good time.  Of course I would be remiss if I failed to mention the post delivery/clean up kick back and celebrate time which this year will be held at the Moose.  So work hard and we can all celebrate another great Rotary project coordinated by our club.
