As Greeter, please arrive early at Woodstock Country Club to welcome and register visiting Rotarians and guests, and collect the $20 guest lunch fee.
You will also:
Take attendance
Offer a brief reflection or words of gratitude before the meal—something thoughtful in the spirit of Rotary service
Introduce guests
Manage the marble drawing
Lead “Fun & Frolics
If you’re unable to serve on your scheduled date, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to arrange a substitute.
Sept. 23 - Anyone is welcome to come to the Happy Hour ("Extension Club") meetings, even those who mainly attend the Friday Meetings! On Wednesday, Sept. 23, join us at 5:30 at Kim Keefe's beautiful Church House in Woodstock.
Sept. 24 - Habitat for Humanity - Trinity Trail. We need volunteers! This event is 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. All skills and abilities welcome! All the details are at this link.
Sept. 24 - Charity Burger Night at the Moose! Go have a great burger, enjoy great people, and benefit Christmas Clearing House. Please spread the word, too. The event is 5:30 - 7:30.
Sept. 24 - Rotary Club of Woodstock “Membership Info Pop-in” will be 5:30 - 7:00 at Kishwaukee Brewing. Grab a burger at Moose and come on over (though, complimentary appetizers will be provided, too). This event is to encourage those curious about Rotary to network, ask questions, meet great people. Please, as a member, try and attend to meet potential members and do a bit of networking! Info can be found at this link.
