Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club, to register visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $20.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Barndance
A little rain early in the day did nothing to dampen this year's Barndance. This year, two of of our own were recognized with Never Be Defeated awards - Mimi Motroni and Tom Rogers. See their write-ups below.

The County Fair
Next week is the Fair - and we have a lot going on -

First -

Once again the McHenry County Rotary Coalition is having a booth at the County Fair. They - we - are looking for Rotarian volunteers to work the booth for a shift or two. Its a fun way to spend a couple of hours. The sign up is below.

And the secondly - our Friday meeting on August 1 will be at the Fair. Please RSVP to Laura Cullotta - lscullotta@gmail.com -  if you are attending so she can arrange lunch for all of us.

For new members, this is one of our annual field trips - we get to speak with leadership from the Fair, we get lunch made by 4H and then they present on their involvement. And you can stay and enjoy all the fair has to offer.
