Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club, to register visiting Rotarians and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $18.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Stories
This is Why. . . Santa Hut 2023
Santa received a VERY special message. I am sharing it just amongst us -- our Club and our bulletin readers -- and not sharing on social media.

But, it was just too touching and special NOT to share. Please read, enjoy the card, and especially enjoy this precious photo. THIS IS WHAT THE MAGIC IS ALL ABOUT! When people ask us "Why?" then we can easily think of these as part of our "Why."

Merry Christmas.

Happiness and Joy in 2024.

Last Minute Giving to CCH
We still need donations and contributions. We are actively solicitating money, so if you have a chance to give just a little bit more, or can help spread the word, please do so! The easiest thing to do is donate online and ask others to do so, too! If you are good on social media, put up a post asking something like "Before we all close our books on 2023, can we reach into our pockets and donate just a little bit more to Christmas Clearing House? Rotary Club of Woodstock has a funding gap that we are looking to fill. Thank you!"

It Was Go Time

AMAZING JOB as usual on Delivery Day. Thank you to all our amazing volunteers, to the drivers, to The Moose for breakfast and lunch, and the list goes on! As far as this Humble Bulletin Writer is aware, we made ~1300 deliveries on Saturday. WOW!

Please Continue Supporting Product Partners

Although some of the "specialty days" or even "specialty products" are not still swinging -- I ask that you please still be a patron to these amazing businesses! Stop in, make a purchase, and say "Thank you for supporting Rotary Christmas Clearing House." These are businesses that love to partner with us -- some giving proceeds from a specific date, some donating portions of a particular product's sales -- and it is nice when we can support them as well. We appreciate them! Here is the complete list online

These are still ACTIVE OFFERS:
  • All of December: Kishwaukee Brewing Co. (1900 Dillard Ct.): Donating $1 from every pint sold of their specialty Elves' Red Ale brew.
  • All of December: Sofie’s Whiskey & Wine (150 S. Eastwood Dr.): Donating $2 to Christmas Clearing House for each 'Jingle Juice' cocktail served.
  • All of December: Woodstock Country Club (10310 Country Club Rd., Bull Valley): Donating proceeds from each pour of their specialty 'Holiday Punch.'
