How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club early to greet members, visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $14.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Interact Update
A few weeks ago we had an update on our Interact Club at Creekside from their sponsor Francesca Favero, she gave us the details on the club and the work they have did last year, that they are starting this year and shared their goals for the rest of this school year.  Rotary International's goal for an Interact Club is two service projects a year, our Interact members are exceeding that while working to support the causes that are the focus for our Rotary Club.  They support TAG Days and Christmas Clearing House with their volunteer services on the Square and their coin war fundraiser and shopping spree to held students in need.  They also work to support their classmates in their school and promote the idea of service to community and service to others among their classmates.  The Interact Club is growing in size and continues to make a positive difference at Creekside.   Francesca jumped at the opportunity to lead this club, she volunteers her time to work with the students to help build a club that adds to the positive envinornment of not only Creekside but of the Woodstock community in general.  Francesca is still growing in her position and she welcomes your comments and questions about the Interact Club at Creekside, feel free to contact her directly or provide me with your questions, idea, or feedback and I will provide the information to her.
