Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Stories
Hello.  It’s me.  I’ve thought about us for a long, long, time…

It been since August 28, 2025 since you last heard from me.  In writing.  In the bulletin.  What’s that…? Not long enough…Hmmmm…
8 BULLETINS HAVE BEEN WRITTEN SINCE THEN!  AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT!!!
New insights.  Different points of view.  New information sources.  New humor.
I hope you have enjoyed the new bulletin writers as much as I have.  Well I might have an additional reason!
Thank you again and keep up the good work!!!
How to turn $500 into $3,000!

New investment advice?  New column in the bulletin?  Check this out:

The Blane Foundation is raising the bar for 2025-2026 - their match this year will be up to $50,000!  This opportunity will continue until the $50,000 is exhausted.
As a result of the Blane match, your individual donation of $500 or more to PolioPlus during this Rotary Year will be doubled.  That total then will be matched two-for-one by the Gates Foundation!

It costs on average approximately $1.00 to vaccinate a child against polio in Afghanistan and Pakistan, including the cost of the drops and of logistics including transportation, vaccinator stipends, refrigeration, chalk to mark houses after each visit, and dye to paint children’s fingernails purple to indicate they've been reached.  A child must receive multiple doses of the polio vaccine over time to be fully protected.
Questions regarding the Blane Foundation’s latest contribution and its PolioPlus gift match can be directed to:

• Lyle Staab, District 6440 Rotary Foundation Chair, gov.lyle@rotary6440.org, (845) 671-1223
More details will be shared with Club Rotary Foundation Chairs and Club Presidents in the coming days.

Please consider helping eradicate Polio FOREVER!  This is service above self and wonderful opportunity.
