Make-Up Online

Rotary eClub One
How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive early to ZOOM members, visiting Rotarians, and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $15.00).  You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing and provide "Fun & Frolics."  If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.

Club Happenings
CCH wrap up on the 20th.  See John's paragraph below.  Great program last week.  The solar panels are well hidden behind Dura Bar and I would guess most people in Woodstock don't know they are there unless they ride the train. Kudos to our program directors for the great topics.
It is looking like we will be zooming for some time yet.  We certainly miss the social part of the meeting, but I see us logging on early and taking part in a little chatter before the bell rings.  That helps keep us together and allows us to learn more about our new members and include them in our discussions.
It was good to see Lynn's husband Joe on the zoom camera last week.  He seems to be recovering well. GO JOE!  Ann is coping and can always use encouragement.  Stay in touch via telephone or on line.  It's good that we keep sharing our health issues so that we can all keep spirits high and lighten the load on the families involved.
Keep selling those jeep tickets.
Country Ramblings:  The snow has lasted and the weather has been mild.  Great cross country skiing time. What a great way to see the out of doors.  Make sure you keep the bird feeders full and try to keep water available by using an electric block heater in the bird bath.  It's also a great time to teach the young ones about all the tracks in the woods. (Turkeys, possums, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, and deer)  Hopefully we have many days of good weather ahead to enjoy.  Inside activities are starting to get old so dress warm and get out there.

CCH Wrap Up
Another CCH is in the books - almost. The wrap up meeting is January 20 at 5:30 via Zoom. The link was emailed out earlier this week, but in case you missed it - here it is as well:

All Rotarians are welcome and encouraged to attend.

In case you cannot make the meeting, it will be recorded and available to watch at a later date.

The Jeep Raffle
The Jeep Raffle Committee has been busy working these past weeks and months to roll out our latest (and greatest - you guys can do it!) fundraiser for the Club. Stay tuned for a big announcement later this week.
