How To Complete A Make-Up

1

Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions.  There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

2

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

3

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM

Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Good works creates immunity to COVID—-19
That’s the key to beating COVID-19. So far I am not aware of any members of our club that have contracted the COVID-19 virus. It must be the good works that our fellow members continue to do for our community that has enabled us to develop a natural immunity to the virus. Service above self must be the key to maintaining a strong immune system that allows us to fight off the effects of  the virus.

Just in case this is not the reason that we have all been able to remain healthy,   I have a U-Tube presentation that was developed by a Woodstock physician specializing in Functional Medicine. This is a  presentation that focuses on the way to strengthen our immune systems to better enable us to fight off the  Corona Virus as well as other viruses that are constantly attacking our bodies.   This is not meant to be a political presentation or an  advertisement for Doctor Iduna. It is for the purpose of understanding the mechanism by which the Corona and other viruses work.   Here is the link to view the YouTube
http://youtu.be/aJ1eCCq7HqM.    It’s called Boosting Your Immune System.

Our Club Responds

Woodstock Food Pantry
The Woodstock Food Pantry is need of volunteers!

Chris and Steve volunteered last week but the need is increasing and they are looking for more help on each shift.

They are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  The shifts are from 9am-12pm and from 12pm-3pm.

To sign up call Karen Myers at 815-338-2237.  She asked that Rotarians call her directly because she has the calendar in front of her.

Also please let Mimi know when you are scheduled.
