Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

Remember, as Greeter this week, you need to arrive at Woodstock Country Club to register visiting Rotarians and guests (collect guest lunch fee of $18.00). You also provide the pre-meal prayer, check attendance, announce guests and visiting Rotarians, manage the marble drawing, and provide "Fun & Frolics." If you are unable to fulfill your greeter obligation, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to take your place.
Jim Potthast's wife Sara passed away Tuesday. The visitation is Saturday, November 18 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home in McHenry. More details are to come. In the meantime, please keep Jim and their family in your thoughts.

Last night at the McHenry County Economic Development Corporation's annual dinner the Rotary Clubs of McHenry County were recognized as the Philanthropist of the Year. Patrick Finlon, the Chair of the Coalition accepted the award on behalf of all the clubs and Rotarians in McHenry County.
As an aside, there were at least eight Woodstock Rotarians in attendance. There were over 400 at the dinner and it's possible the bulletin writer missed some folks.

Friday Nov. 24—7 am to 6 pm --divided into 2 hr. shifts. Also, Friday during the Lighting of the Square.
