We had a high-water mark of 44 potential attendees sign up for the outdoor installation dinner event at Porkies. And then came the rain from all sides and all directions. Sending everyone back home with their sandwiches and wet clothes. Aly Cullotta was awarded the Service above Self scholarship. The great big $2,500 check was presented to her and then the clouds opened up; in celebration of course!
Marlene began her rain, I mean reign, with her installation dinner evening getting canceled because of construction delays at Ethereal and ending with a monsoon at Porkies. Oh, and then this novel new virus comes along which zooms us to working from home and or solitary confinement at our office. Marlene handled it all with calm and ease.
