Rotary International Service Update
- GG2122662 – Providing Safe Drinking water to the Nakivale Refugee Settlement, Uganda--$85,515, extending a waterline to Best Future School, an ultrafiltration system and a 100,000 liter water tank for Rubondo where new refugees are settled in Nakivale.
- GG#2351451—Guatemala Literacy Project 2023-2024. We have pledged $750 to help provide improving reading skills, textbooks, vital technology skills and leadership skill.
- Former Dist. International Service chair, Jim Wales, is planning a service trip to Cartagena, Columbia—tentative date: January 20-29, 2024. More info to follow soon.
