Read a variety of current articles in our Programs section and/or choose articles from our Archived Programs list and/or information from our Avenues of Service pages. You will be required to answer questions. There is space on the makeup request form for up to three articles to be reviewed, however you will need to read more than three to meet your 30 minute visit obligation.

At the end of your 30 minute visit click on Make-up Request Form from the drop-down menu at top of page OR the bottom of each make-up program.

Read Makeup Request Form carefully, and follow instructions. A Make-Up Form will appear once you press the SUBMIT button (one time only) and an email copy will be sent to the email address you provided.
PRINT YOUR MAKE-UP FORM
Once your make-up appears, if you know the email address, you can also click on File, Send and email a copy to your club secretary.

Greeter Responsibilities
As Greeter, please arrive early at the Woodstock Country Club (OR to whichever offsite location is hosting our weekly meeting) to welcome and register visiting Rotarians and guests. Collect the guest lunch fee of $20. You’ll also:
Take attendance
Offer a brief reflection or words of gratitude before the meal—something thoughtful in the spirit of Rotary service
Introduce guests
Manage the marble drawing
Lead "Fun & Frolics"
If you are unable to serve on your scheduled date, please contact the next person in the greeter rotation to arrange a substitute.

Twenty Five (25) years ago, when we bought our fixer-upper house on three acres, we discovered 102 holes- each roughly four feet wide and four feet deep. The previous owner had used a tree spade to remove and sell evergreens, leaving behind what looked like a landscape pockmarked by meteor strikes. That first summer, my kids and I filled every one of them. Three dump truck loads of dirt later, we had sore backs, tired arms, and the quiet satisfaction that comes from repairing something neglected. Read more. . . .

Wednesday 3/11/2026 The Thunder Interact Club Charter Celebration. This will be a breakfast involving as many Interactors as possible (there are 47 on the roles, we will see 20-25 active members). This will be Sponsored to the Students and a small charge to help defray expense, to our Adult Attendees. Location to be determined. Contact Chris Cantwell with any questions.

If your name is listed as the greeter for the current week in the bulletin and you are not able to fulfill those duties, FIRST - please contact the next name on the list. Continue down the alphabetical roster until you have found a replacement. SECOND notify the correct bulletin writer.

We as bulletin writers will just contact the lead name prior to emailing out the bulletin. The bulletin writers, Club President, District Governor, and the remaining board of directors are not responsible for finding your replacement and notifying the bulletin writer.
